At ADRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your ADRO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit your request.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please hand over the package to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
